Set-up

Start: 5:15 AM (Runners show up at 5:30)
Finish: 8:00 AM

Report To: Race Director

Set up tables, check in runners, pass out bibs and swag, and clean up.

Aid Station Shift 1

Finish: 12:00 PM

Report To: Aid Station (Don’t worry, only one big one)

Aid station supplies will be set up in advance of your arrival. Supplies will include a variety of foods and liquids for the runners. Some minor food prep includes but is not limited to sandwiches, soups, and fruit.

Aid Station Shift 2

Finish: 4:00 PM

Location: Whitetail Ridge, River Falls, WI (800 Whitetail Blvd., River Falls, WI 54022)

Sweeping

Finish: 4/4:30 PM

Report To: Race Director

Course sweeping is a delicate and vital task at a race event. We want to ensure that the last runner has the same experience as the first and isn't pushed by sweepers. Keeping out of sight and mind is essential.

If a runner is distressed, please inform the race director and help the runner return to the finish line.

Secondly, the sweeper is responsible for picking up markers along the course.

Must be comfortable running/walking the 5-ish-mile distance of the course.
